Comedy Kills Live: Munich's Open Mic for Fresh Punchlines and Big Laughs

Comedy Kills: Munich's Friday Evening with Jokes by the Minute

When Friday evening is not quite ready for the couch yet, a laughter experience with open mic, fresh gags, and lots of stage energy awaits in the DiscoBox. At Comedy Kills, newcomers and experienced stand-up comedians meet an eager audience that rewards every punchline with laughter, interjections, and spontaneous audience reactions.

Stand-up Comedy without a Safety Net

Comedy Kills thrives on the thrill of the unpredictable: different comedians, various styles of humor, and new gags being tested in front of an audience for the first time. The format offers comedy up close – from pointed everyday observations to brave stage newcomers bringing their freshest ideas directly to the spotlight.

Timing, Interaction, and Real Stage Atmosphere

Here, timing counts. A brief pause, a surprised look, or a spontaneous shout from the audience can make a punchline even bigger. The comedy atmosphere remains immediate and lively, as each act interacts with the audience's reactions. The evening is moderated by Alexander Profant, who guides through the open mic and keeps the tempo between performances.

Comedy Evening in the DiscoBox

The DiscoBox at Maximiliansplatz transforms into a stage for German-language stand-up comedy for Comedy Kills. Doors open at 20:00, the show starts at 20:15 and is expected to end at 22:15. Primarily standing room is available; some seats are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Admission is permitted from 18 years of age.

Conclusion: Laugh First, Then Continue Celebrating

Comedy Kills combines fresh punchlines, changing faces, and the special excitement of an open mic. Visitors can expect an energetic comedy evening with direct interaction and real laughter potential. Anyone who wants to experience Munich from its most spontaneous humorous side should secure their ticket and enjoy comedy live instead of just in a group chat.
