Helmut Schleich brings sharp-tongued cabaret to Munich

On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Helmut Schleich will perform Live 2026 at the Kulturhaus Milbertshofen. Starting at 7:00 PM, the multiple award-winning cabaret artist will turn the northern part of Munich into a stage for political satire, pointed observations, and Bavarian wordplay.

Political satire with a distinctive stage performance

Helmut Schleich is one of the defining voices of German cabaret. His stage artistry combines precise text work, spot-on parodies, and an enormous vocal versatility. Characters like Franz Josef Strauß are just as much a part of his artistic repertoire as specially developed characters from radio, television, and live cabaret.

Between dialect, direction, and razor-sharp punchlines

Schleich guides his audience with precise timing through current topics and societal contradictions. His stage performance thrives on the synchronization of language, facial expressions, gestures, and surprising role changes. Instead of musical orchestration, this concert experience places linguistic precision at the center: every punchline lands like a well-placed accent.

An artist with a great cabaret history

Since his solo debut Brauereifrei – Der Rausch packt aus in 1998, Helmut Schleich has developed numerous successful programs. Awards like the Deutscher Kleinkunstpreis, the Bayerischer Kabarettpreis, the Salzburger Stier, and the Leipziger Löwenzahn underscore his significance for German-speaking cabaret. He also gained recognition through formats like SchleichFernsehen, his radio columns, and long-standing parodies on Bavarian television.

Live atmosphere at the Kulturhaus Milbertshofen

The Kulturhaus Milbertshofen provides the perfect setting for an evening where audience mood and immediate closeness to the stage set the tone. Between spontaneous reactions, pointed interjections, and focused attention, an intense cabaret experience arises that fully unfolds its effect only live.

Conclusion: Satire that captures the zeitgeist

Helmut Schleich - Live 2026 promises an evening full of sharply observed contemporaneity, Bavarian flair, and great stage energy. Anyone who wants to experience political satire, brilliant parodies, and linguistic agility live should mark the date at the Kulturhaus Milbertshofen and secure tickets in time.
