Simon Pearce brings laughter to everyday life with Funny Bones

When the ordinary madness suddenly has punchlines, Simon Pearce takes the stage. On Friday, October 16, 2026, the Munich comedian transforms the Lustspielhaus into a comedy zone filled with family life, fatherhood, marital chaos, and the little catastrophes of everyday life.

Stand-up with heart, attitude, and surprising twists

Funny Bones is Simon Pearce's fourth solo program and lives up to its title. Everything that life delivers in terms of quirky moments ends up on stage: honest, charming, sometimes profound, and with a good dose of self-irony. Everyday troubles become stand-up, despair turns into a punchline, and the audience becomes a well-disposed community of fate.

When family life becomes a comedy stage

Simon Pearce examines family life, fatherhood, and living together with his wife. His humor observes closely, exaggerates intentionally, and finds a comical escape even in moments where others are already searching for the inner emergency exit. Throughout, his gaze remains human, approachable, and pleasantly free from frills.

Stage presence instead of comedy from a kit

His acting talent brings every scene to life. Pearce doesn't simply run through punchline after punchline but develops characters, situations, and moods with precise timing. Clear punchlines meet real life, interaction meets observation, and cabaret atmosphere meets the immediate energy of a live show. The result: a laughter experience filled with pace, warmth, and visible joy in performance.

An evening to breathe and laugh

Funny Bones invites you to turn off your phone, clear your head, and immerse yourself in the comedy atmosphere. If you enjoy stand-up with attitude, strong audience reactions, and a stage personality with acting sensibility, you'll experience an evening at Lustspielhaus that thoroughly goes against the grain of everyday life.

Conclusion: Simon Pearce shows live how much comedy lies in ordinary madness. Funny Bones promises clear punchlines, lively scenes, and a heartfelt laughter experience right in the middle of Munich. Those who want to know if funny bones really exist will find the answer best directly at Lustspielhaus.
