Wolfgang Krebs brings the Bavarian internet to the stage
If Bavaria needs its own social network, then please with regulars' table, satire, and Wolfgang Krebs in multiple roles. On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the cabaret artist will perform his program Bavaria loves YOU! at the Munich Lustspielhaus.
A cabaret solo with many faces
Wolfgang Krebs stands alone on stage and takes on numerous roles. The focus is on messages and ambassadors surrounding the media circus: Markus Söder, Hubert Aiwanger, and other Bavarian political figures provide the basis for pointed parodies, verbal twists, and a surprisingly precise play with dialect, gestures, and timing.
Satire between social media and regulars' table
The storyline takes a jab at the digital zeitgeist. After political social media accounts were shut down due to an unusual roast sausage affair, the idea for a Bavarian network emerges. In the fictional place Untergamskobenzeißgrubengernhaferlverdimmering, Mayor Schorsch Scheberl teams up with an Allgäu muesli oligarch to establish the platform Prost!
Punchlines, parody, and perfect timing
The program combines political cabaret, stand-up elements, and character comedy. Krebs works with linguistic art, puns, and deliberately timed pauses. His stage presence thrives on rapid role changes, distinctive voices, and the interaction between familiar political images and surprising situations. Press reviews attest to his great stagecraft, enormous adaptability, and an endlessly flowing cascade of creative ideas.
Comedy atmosphere at the Lustspielhaus
The Munich Lustspielhaus provides the perfect setting for this laughter experience: close up, lively, and with enough room for every audience reaction. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the performance begins at 8:00 PM. The venue also offers gastronomic options before and during the evening.
Conclusion: Visitors can expect a political cabaret evening with a Bavarian touch, sharp punchlines, and a Wolfgang Krebs who effortlessly transforms from one person into a whole ensemble of characters. Anyone wishing to experience how Söder, Aiwanger, and the digital regulars' table meet on one stage should witness this evening live at the Lustspielhaus.
