DE STAAT brings uncompromising art rock to Munich's Ampere

On Monday, November 2, 2026, DE STAAT will transform the Ampere in Munich's Muffatwerk into a pulsating resonance space for industrial grooves, hard guitar riffs, electronic textures, and edgy pop energy. The concert starts at 8:00 PM and brings the Dutch band to Munich as part of their 2026 tour.

Between industrial groove and electronic power

DE STAAT is one of Europe's most unconventional live bands. Their music blends driving bass lines with precise rhythms, experimental electronics, and a stage performance that consciously breaks rock conventions. Songs like Witch Doctor and KITTY KITTY create an immediate pull live: repetitive grooves, sharp riffs, and a highly concentrated synchronization meet the distinctive presence of singer Torre Florim.

A new chapter after a two-year break

With their seventh self-titled studio album, DE STAAT returns to the stage after a two-year hiatus. The new era revolves around power, populism, and control, merging dystopian imagery with precise, modern sound architecture. The concert promises not only energetic alternative rock but also a staged engagement with the tensions of the present.

European stage experience in Ampere

The band has performed at international festivals such as Glastonbury, Lowlands, Sziget, Pukkelpop, Rock Werchter, and Deichbrand, and has shared the stage with major acts such as the Rolling Stones, Muse, and Biffy Clyro. Awards like the Edison Awards and 3FM Awards underline their significance within the Dutch and European rock scene.

Live atmosphere in Muffatwerk

The Ampere provides the perfect setting for DE STAAT's powerful sound: close to the audience, direct in impact, and open to the dynamic contrasts between electronic precision and organic rock energy. The audience's mood will likely oscillate between focused listening and physical movement as the beat kicks in and the stage performance unfolds its full intensity.

Conclusion: Experience DE STAAT live in Munich

Visitors can expect an intense concert experience that blends art rock, alternative rock, electronic sound art, and uncompromising live energy. Those who want to not only hear DE STAAT but also experience the weight of their orchestration, the driving direction of the rhythm section, and the special atmosphere in the Ampere should mark this Munich tour date on November 2, 2026.
