Giant Rooks bring their new era to Munich's Zenith

On Friday, October 9, 2026, the Zenith in Munich will transform into a resonance chamber for modern indie rock, great melodies, and emotional live moments. Giant Rooks return to the stage with their IF HEAVEN EXISTS, THIS MIGHT BE IT TOUR 2026 and present new music alongside the songs that have shaped their international rise.

Between melancholy and euphoria

Giant Rooks combine English-language songwriting with indie pop, alternative rock, and electronic textures. Delicate piano sounds meet driving drums, atmospheric synthesizers, and the distinctive voice of Frederik Rabe. In the live atmosphere of the Zenith, this creates a sound that is both contemplative, danceable, and immediate.

New songs, familiar energy

After the number-one album How Have You Been? and the successful tour of the same name, the band returns with new music. The song The Future Is Cancelled shows Giant Rooks in a calmer, reflective light without abandoning their characteristic stage performance and pulsating indie rock.

A band of international stature

Giant Rooks were formed in 2014 in Hamm and evolved from a highly regarded newcomer band to an internationally successful indie export. The album How Have You Been? debuted at number one on the German album charts. The band has played sold-out headline tours in North America, performed at festivals such as Lollapalooza Chicago and Reading & Leeds, and shared the stage as support for Louis Tomlinson.

The concert experience at the Zenith

The Munich Zenith provides the perfect setting for the dynamic mix of orchestrated soundscapes, electronic details, and catchy refrains. Between focused moments in dim light and large sing-along passages, an audience atmosphere develops that makes Giant Rooks particularly powerful live.

On October 9, 2026, Giant Rooks bring new songs, international experience, and an energetic live show to Munich. Anyone wanting to experience modern indie rock with poetic depth, danceable beats, and a strong stage presence should not miss this concert at the Zenith.
