The Munich SingAlong: When Munich Finds the Rhythm Together

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, the Theater Drehleier will transform into a large musical meeting space. The Munich SingAlong invites you to an open sing-along concert: well-known hits, crowd-pleasers, chart-toppers, as well as current pop and rock songs connect the audience to a multi-voiced stage experience.

A Concert Where the Audience Forms the Choir

No one is just a spectator here. The lyrics will be projected on several screens, while experienced musicians and choir leaders guide the evening. No prior knowledge is required – just a love for singing is enough. This creates an immediate theater atmosphere where strangers meet over shared melodies.

Musical Dramaturgy Between Evergreen and Crowd-Pleaser

The evening's dramaturgy thrives on the change of familiar sound images: a classic opens the door to memories, a chart-topper brings movement to the hall, a pop-rock hit lets the voices grow powerfully. The repertoire remains varied and follows the audience's energy. Every voice melds into the grand acoustic stage picture.

Bastian Pusch and Andreas Speckmann Guide the Evening

The SingAlong is a project by the two musicians from NOTENLOS, Bastian Pusch and Andreas Speckmann. Both combine musical direction, improvisation, and humorous stage presence into a production that intertwines concert, communal experience, and musical cabaret. The direction of the evening is created live from the interplay between stage and audience.

A Special Theater Atmosphere at Drehleier

The Theater Drehleier opens its gastronomy at 6:30 PM. With free seating, you can comfortably start the evening before the first communal sounds fill the hall at 8:00 PM. The lighting mood, sound of voices, and closeness between the audience and artists create a sensual stage experience right in the heart of Munich.

Conclusion: Singing Together, Remembering Together

The Munich SingAlong promises no ordinary concert evening, but a lively audience reaction that fills the entire space. If you love well-known songs, want to meet new people, and wish to not only listen to music but also create it, you will experience an evening full of energy, warmth, and shared tones. Mark the date now and experience the sing-along concert live at the Theater Drehleier.
