Artificial intelligence and virtual reality are changing learning, working, communication, and everyday life. The event AI, VR & more – Discover. Experiment. Understand. invites participants to not only theoretically examine digital technologies but also to try them out and discuss their opportunities as well as their societal risks.

Technology becomes an immediate experience

At the center of the event is a hands-on art experience of the digital present: Interactive applications, immersive spaces, and virtual scenarios make visible how our perception expands through new media. The exhibition atmosphere combines understandable introduction, personal experience, and communal discussion. No prior knowledge is necessary; a smartphone or tablet can be brought along for practical exploration.

Between curiosity, responsibility, and media literacy

The event focuses on the diverse applications of AI and VR. Topics from politics, economics, art and culture, language learning, work, and leisure illustrate how digital tools enrich everyday life. At the same time, engagement with opinion formation, freedom of expression, and democratic processes opens a critical perspective on algorithmic systems.

Digital education with a cultural perspective

The curation of the program combines technical innovation with cultural education. Workshops, introductory courses, and lectures impart the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and create space for aesthetic experience, reflection, and examination of digital applications. Examples from virtual learning environments, health offerings, language courses, and creative projects demonstrate the range of a technology that has long been part of our present.
