Small Stages, Big Imagination: Paper Art in Bürgerpark Oberföhring

The Paper Theater Festival Munich invites you to the Bürgerpark Oberföhring from October 22 to 25, 2026. The focus is on miniature theater productions and paper art for the stage. The festival is aimed at families and anyone interested in theater, small stage worlds, and creative design with paper.

Miniature Theater and Paper Art

Paper theater tells stories in a special, concentrated format. Small stages, figures, and thoughtfully designed paper elements create the artistic framework. The Munich festival will present different miniature theater productions and paper-based stage art. The event thus combines theater experiences and visual design in a compact space.

For families, the festival offers an opportunity to learn about a rather unusual form of theater together. Theater enthusiasts can discover the unique aesthetics of the paper stage and draw inspiration from the presented productions. Since the festival lasts several days, it is also suitable for individual planning within the event period.
