Short Films to Participate In: Cinema Becomes a Shared Experience
At the Autumn Film Days in Gasteig HP8, children from five years old will discover the world of cinema not just on the screen, but also through discussions and small participation activities. The approximately 60-minute program combines short film stories with playful mediation and makes the aesthetic experience of seeing immediately perceptible.
Cinematic Miniatures with Great Impact
The focus is on short live-action and animated films, including Curb Pirates by Christina Schindler and Mosquito Prick by Maria Steinmetz. Different artistic styles, movement rhythms, and imagery provide young viewers with a versatile access to cinematic creation. The short film format condenses narrative, color, sound, and movement into concentrated visual experiences.
Seeing, Talking, Trying Out
The program understands cinema as cultural education. Games and discussions deepen the viewed content immediately after the films and invite guests to explore characters, visual language, and narratives together. This creates a lively examination of the work, where children can articulate their observations and learn the fundamentals of cinematic storytelling.
A Child-Friendly Art Experience at Gasteig HP8
The screening takes place in the projector in Hall E of Gasteig HP8. The concentrated spatial effect of the cinema hall, the light of the projection, and the changing materials of animation create a special exhibition atmosphere for moving images. The format is approved for FSK 0 and is recommended for children from five years old.
Conclusion: Immerse Together in the World of Film
Short Films to Participate In offers children an inspiring introduction to film art, animation, and shared cultural experiences. Families can expect a delightful art experience with discussions, games, and surprising visual ideas. Anyone wishing to experience cinema as a sensory and educational adventure should attend this presentation at Gasteig HP8.
