A magical musical full of magic, music, and emotion

When the curtain rises on November 27, 2026, at the Bürgerhaus Unterschleißheim, a journey into a world of enchanted castles, mysterious curses, and great emotions begins. Theater Liberi brings the French folk tale Beauty and the Beast to the stage as a contemporary family musical.

A love story with surprising twists

Belle encounters a mysterious beast, whose outward appearance initially evokes fear. But behind the hard shell lies an enchanted prince. As Belle seeks answers, she gradually discovers that compassion, courage, and inner values are stronger than any curse.

Original compositions between ballad and pop

The production combines romantic ballads with catchy songs and varied choreography. A well-trained ensemble guides the audience through the enchanting story with wit, emotion, and precise acting skills. The music comes from a composition specifically developed for the production.

Transformable stage set and sparkling costumes

The stage set switches between Belle's home and the enchanted castle. Lighting moods, imaginative costumes, and changeable backdrops create a theatrical atmosphere where the boundaries between fairy tale and stage blur. The direction focuses on clear dramaturgy, lively characters, and a stage experience for the whole family.

Family musical for children aged four and up

The performance is aimed at families with children aged four and up. Face painting is available from 4 PM and during the intermission. The organizer recommends that young visitors bring their own booster seats.
