I arrived a bit too early for the concert. The gentleman at the entrance offered me to wait in a cozy corner of the foyer and even turned on some lights for me. I found that very inviting & friendly. The staff at the ticket counter and cloakroom were also very accommodating. Very positive impression, thanks for the lovely evening!

Great cinema, but unfortunately the accessibility is lacking. Despite calling during the (very limited) office hours, you always end up on the voicemail. A personal consultation or follow-up by phone is nearly impossible. I still like to come back, but I hope for improvement in the service!

A very nice venue for events. It's a cultural center, after all. Currently, though, the streets around it are somehow blocked, and if you drive there with a GPS, you end up in a dead end which feels a bit strange, and we couldn't find parking either. The venue itself is great. The reception is nice and okay. Inside, it's well laid out and the acoustics are good.
