I came here for the free tour to visit the theater. It was interesting to see how the theater runs behind the stage. The tour is open once a month and only in German.

In this theater I was able to watch a very strong, multi-layered and well-realized performance - "Xа̀ta - Dom". The presentation succeeds in presenting the war in Ukraine in an objective way, collecting interviews in two parts - of Ukrainians and of Russians living in Germany. All this supplemented with a Ukrainian choir and Russian dancers.

Great eye-catching venue, consisting of 2 buildings (older art nouveau and sleek glass one), so a nice mix of tradition and modernity. Contemporary and experimental performances in German, with English subtitles. Came to see WoW–Word on Wirecard (Twarkowski, Herbut), and was deeply impressed by the multi-layered blend between film and stage, stories and realities, lights, play and overall ambience. Bravo! Some tap water and candies in the foyer for free. One minus: chairs are not too comfortable, especially noticeable by your back when the play is around 3 hours.

I went to Pinocchio and I was mindblown. Such a wonderful experience ❤️

Really enjoyed a theatre play here. Ideal setting for a play.
